Jane Kong, BSc

MSc Student

Jane is a second-year master’s student in the Neuroscience department at UBC. She graduated from the Life Sciences program at Queen’s University with a BSc with Honors and Distinction in June 2022. Jane’s research in Dr. Subramaniam’s lab entails analysis of 3D interaction between d- and l-Govadine with D1 and D2 receptors. She hopes to pursue the MD/PhD program at UBC after completion of her master’s degree with a plan on specializing in cardiovascular surgery in the near future. During her spare time, she works as a high school and university tutor, enjoys napping with Netflix in the background, goes to the gym, and likes to shop.
